Enrolling at the IPSAR Catering School, Italy in 1992, chef Miceli set out to develop and enhance his culinary skills. In 1994 he graduated with a diploma in catering. In 1995 joined the Italian Army was then enrolled in the military academies culinary section.
It is a Neapolitan industrial reality that produces the Scugnizzonapoletano ovens, in short SCN, and it is the only electric oven to be certified by AVPN (Authenthic Neapolitan Pizza Association)
